Notes: Sanskrit equivalent: mūlamadhyamakavṛtti-prasannapadā, Tibetan: tshig gsal; Title of a commentary on Nāgārjuna’s Middle Way by 月稱 Candrakīrti, also known as the Prasannapadā. One of the characteristics of the Prasannapadā is the refusal by Candrakīrti to propose a theory in place of the opponent's theory that he has just refuted.
