Summary
A text describing one of the main dharanis and associated esoteric ritual practiced to avoiding misfortune and pray for blessings. The text has ten sections. Avalokitesvara requests teaching from the Buddha and then by the power of the Buddha recites several dharanis. The merits of the dharanis are described and the ritual procedure.
